Garrick Coffel

Facility training/fitness Director

Garrick was an all-around trainer for a High School athletic program and owned a Performance Fitness and Training Center in Missouri.   He also managed numerous other facilities, including Powerhouse Gym, Fitness 101 and Sun Lakes Physical Therapy and Fitness. His certifications include Body Training Systems, Apex Nutrition, Johnny G Spinning and The National Academy of Sports Medicine.  He has worked with athletes of all ages and in all sports. “My true passion is to see people attain their goals, no matter what they might be – weight loss, weight gain, or to just feel better.” Garrick has been married for 11 years and has four children - three girls and one boy.  He also served with the US Marines for 4 years.

Odis Antone Little

Fitness Instructor

Odis and his innovative training methods blend joint and core stability, flexibility, explosion, elasticity, speed, strength and endurance to help his clients improve and become resistant to injury. He is currently certified by The National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT). “My objective is to arm my clients with real science that will help them achieve their fitness goals.” “What I enjoy most about personal training is being a part of someone’s journey to improve their life and seeing them progress along the way.

Nathan Bunch

Fitness Instructor

Nathan Bunch has an extensive background in the world of fitness.  He uses his knowledge, education and experience to improve people to the best of their abilities safely and efficiently.  He also believes in utilizing all aspects of fitness to improve an individual based on their needs and desired outcomes. Nathan has a B.S. in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) and is certified as a Personal Trainer with the American Counsel of Exercise and the National Institute of Preventative Medicine.  He has 9 years of experience in the Fitness Industry which includes 4 years in Rehabilitation and 5 years as a Fitness Instructor.  The knowledge he obtained during his years in Rehabilitation has been invaluable in regards to helping people with many injuries including, but not limited to, back, neck, shoulder and knee pain.  His experience as a Fitness Instructor includes core stability, absolute strength, functional abilities, fat reduction and many other categories. Sports he has participated in include football, baseball, track and field, soccer, power lifting and rugby.  During his 10 years in rugby he participated in a National Championship in 2001 and was selected for several Texas Elite and Western Elite Rugby Teams.

Londa Grant

Fitness Instructor

Grant, a degreed professional and entrepreneur, is an accomplished personal trainer and aerobics leader who brings a unique blend of expertise, and experience to each client. As a certified personal trainer, aerobics instructor and registered massage therapist, she offers a tailored plan based on each individual client’s requirements. Londa Grant brings over fifteen years of experience in the fitness industry. Grant’s specialty is fitness training for pregnant women, children and fitness conditioning for tennis players. Grant is a two-time competitor for Ms. Fitness America pageant and is currently training for Ms. Fitness Universe 2009. In Grants spare time she is a youth mentor and operates a dance and performing arts studio for aspiring youths who love to perform.
