NFL FLAG Football is the premier youth football league for boys and girls ages 5-17. The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork. Click Here to view the flyer

NFL FLAG Football players will receive:

• An official NFL FLAG reversible team jersey featuring a professional NFL team
• A high quality flag football belt
• All games will be played using official NFL FLAG footballs on our indoor turf fields

“Are You Finally Ready To Be a Better Basketball Player?”

A unique blend of competitive play along with instruction. The Academy is designed to provide aspiring competitive players, boys and girls with a basketball training system that is consistent, predictable and reliable. The system will emphasize individual “skill progression” in addition to focusing on competitive team concepts.

The Legends Basketball Academy (LBA) is offered to boys and girls between 2nd and 12th grades. Instruction and competitive play is for every skill level from beginner to advance. Athletes are grouped according to age and skill level.

The Legends Basketball Academy believes, “Players will accelerate their basketball I.Q. and skills by practicing and playing with players equal to or better than they are.” So, each athlete will be evaluated to ensure proper placement as it relates to their skills.

Why The Legends Basketball Academy (LBA):

• Play and Practice at a State-of-the-Art Sports Complex. All Games and Practices are played inside.
• Competitive League and Instructional Sessions are held on weekday evenings and Saturdays. No Sundays.
• The competitive league will be grouped and teamed as follows: NIT, NCAA, and NBA based on grade and skill set as evaluated by Legends coaches.
• Tryouts will be Tuesday February 1, 2011 and Thursday February 3, 2011… 2nd thru 5th grade from 6PM to 7PM. 6th thru 12th grade 7:30PM to 8:30PM
• 8 game season plus tournament play.
• Exposure to “Legends Select” girls and boys teams being formed or already formed in the area.
• Team Standings are recorded and posted.
• The once a week instructional sessions will have a natural skill progression format, consisting of “Game Speed” Drills and detailed instruction on the specific fundamentals of each basketball position. The drills will be fun and competitive. Every session each player goes head to head against as good or better players in competitive drills and game like situations. NO Daddy Ball… coaches are “hand picked” by the Legends Basketball Staff and have played or coached at the High School level or above.
• All players will receive a reversible game/practice jersey.

ATTENTION:

All league participants must purchase a Sports Program Annual Membership available for $24.00 per person which covers no spectators fee, security, and clean up.

“Maximize Your Potential”

MaxPro, comprised of former collegiate and professional athletes, wants to help YOU develop and maximize your basketball skills. Through years of playing, training and coaching, our team has collectively developed a unique style and method of teaching the game of basketball.

Players like Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan, and Steve Nash, are all great players but prior to NBA stardom, these great players developed a solid foundation in the fundamentals of basketball. We at MaxPro believe, to be fundamentally sound, a player must have proper knowledge and skill in the following areas:

• ball handling
• passing
• shooting techniques
• offensive moves
• footwork
• moving without the ball
• defensive techniques
• post moves

• How: Athletes will be trained, in small groups, at high pace and high intensity with players of the same skill level.

This League is designed for boys and girls ages 6 thru 12 to have fun and learn the game of football. Teams will be coached by the Legends football staff (volunteers are welcomed also). League will be a 5 vs 5 and is co-ed . Kids will be placed on teams by age and athletic ability displayed in the preseason skills session practices.

• Practices will be held one hour prior to the game
• All games will be held on Saturdays with a start time of 10 a.m. for first game
• 2 preseason skill session practices will be held also
• 8 game season with single game elimination playoffs at end of season - 10 players per team

This program is for kids 3 - 5 years old to learn and become familiar with the game of football. Kids will learn how to catch, throw, run, and take handoffs of the football as well as footwork and ladder drills.

Every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, come to Legends for a night of fun for the whole family! We will have our indoor turf field set up with our boxing ring, obstacle course, and inflatable bounce houses, and you and your family have free reign on the turf where you can play games like dodge ball, kickball, knock out, sumo suit wrestling, and much more. 

The cost of the event is free to Legend's members and only $10 per family for non members. This is a great way to stay active as a family and make some friends too!

The Legends Breakthrough Basketball Camp is designed for boys and girls entering 1st grade through high school age. Todd Parsons, Theresa Tran, and Mike Crowe’s goal is to give the kids the opportunity to develop and refine their basketball skills to help them get to the next level. This camp is geared toward fundamental development in the following areas: shooting, passing, dribbling, defense, rebounding and team play.

• SKILLS LEVELS: We welcome players of all different levels in this camp. Once they are in camp we will personally evaluate the players and place them into a group with similar abilities.

• CAMP STAFF: Along with Todd Parsons, Theresa Tran, and Mike Crowe, we will have ex-college basketball/overseas players that will observe and instruct each player every day.
