“Are You Finally Ready To Be a Better Soccer Player?”

Tired of rained out practices and games? Tired of too many players on the field where your child never has the opportunity to touch the ball? Come try a unique blend of competitive play along with instruction. The Legends Soccer Academy is designed to provide aspiring soccer players, boys and girls with a soccer training system that is consistent, predictable and reliable. The system will emphasize individual “skill progression” in addition to focusing on soccer team concepts.

The Legends Soccer Academy (LSA) is offered to boys and girls between 6-14 years of age. Instruction and game play is for every skill level from beginner to advanced. Athletes are grouped according to age and skill level. The games in the LSA will be 3v3 (indoor) which will allow everyone to be involved in the game and get a lot more touches on the ball. Your child will become a lot better soccer player in a small sided setting with more touches on the ball a lot faster than he or she would on a larger field with more players. Each team will consist of no more than 6 players. The player to coach ration will be 6:1 at the most. The LSA is for EVERYONE! Whether you are just beginning soccer or an experienced club soccer player, the LSA will help you improve your skills with more touches on the ball. For the beginner, LSA is a great way to get started in a less intimidating environment. For the skilled club soccer player, the LSA is a great supplemental league to help you raise your game to prepare for upcoming tournament without jeopardizing your eligibility with your club.     

The Legends Soccer Academy believes, “Players will accelerate their soccer I.Q. and skills by practicing and playing with players equal to or better than they are.” So, each athlete will be evaluated to ensure proper placement as it relates to their skills.

Why The Legends Soccer Academy (LSA):

• Play and Practice at a State-of-the-Art Sports Complex. All Games and Practices are played inside on the turf field (NO Rainouts)!
• Competitive League and Instructional Sessions are held on weekday evenings and Saturdays. No Sundays.
• The competitive league will be grouped and teamed as follows: NCAA, MLS, Champions League, and World Cup based on age and skill set as evaluated by Legends coaches.
• Evaluations: January 9th and January 11th
  
• The training is for EVERYONE that is enrolled in the LSA 
• 8 game season plus tournament play
• Team Standings are recorded and posted.
• The once a week instructional sessions will have a natural skill progression format, consisting of “Game Speed” Drills and detailed instruction on the specific fundamentals of different soccer positions. A strong emphasis will be put on technical development. Players in LSA will get thousands of touches on the ball to improve their technical abilities and overall skill. The drills will be fun and competitive. Every session each player goes head to head against as good or better players in competitive drills and game like situations. NO Daddy Ball… coaches are “hand picked” by the Legends Soccer Staff and have played or coached at the High School level or above.
• If you play on a travel select team or inspire to do so this is a great supplemental league for you to enhance your skills with a lot more touches on the ball.
• 3v3 tournaments are becoming more and more popular around the country. The LSA will help your children prepare for the 3v3 game to prepare for these tournaments. More importantly, every player will improve their skills for the game of soccer in general.    
• Every player will receive a Legends Soccer Academy uniform top.

  ATTENTION:

All league participants must purchase a Sports Program Annual Membership (if they have not already done so) available for $24.00 per person which covers no spectators fee, security, and clean up. This will be good for 1 year on the date of purchase and will not be needed again for LSA, LBA or any of our youth programming for the duration of the year.
