IMPACT Boot Camp is a mixture of different cardio and strength training intervals that can burn up to 900 calories per hour. This is total fitness Boot Camp that combines group peer motivation along with the one-on-one attention of a personal trainer to help you achieve your personal strength and conditioning goals FAST!
Spin class is also known as group cycling. Spin provides a great combination of cardio and strength training. Strengthen and tone your lower body as you pedal through various drills, hills and sprints. Spin is also a great way to shed extra pounds! Beginners and advanced cyclists welcome.
Breathe, relax, stretch, tone. Become enlightened and energized as you flow through a series of Vinyasa & Hatha yoga poses. Yoga is a great way to improve your day. Improve posture, strength, endurance, circulation, and immunity. Everyone can practice yoga, regardless of age, experience or level of flexibility.
A Latin inspired dance-fitness workout that promises some hip shakin’, core movement, and a ton of fun! Zumba incorporates international and pop music creating a dynamic, exciting, and effective workout. Expect moderate to challenging choreography. All fitness levels welcome.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: It’s easy! Unlike other gyms, Legends wants to make your entire experience amazing- even as you’re leaving. We like to keep our cancellation process as simple as possible. All agreements must be canceled with a written 30-Day notice in the Club- just follow these simple steps to ensure your experience is quick & smooth:
- Step 1: Submit a written cancellation form. This can be done in-store, over the phone, via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or via fax- whichever is more convenient for you! Just come by our front desk, give us a call, or email us with your request and we will have a membership representative with you asap.
- Step 2: Look out for a confirmation email. It will confirm the terms of your cancel and verification that your request has been received. If you do not recieve this email, we may just simply have the wrong contact address- just give us a call or email and we will get the confirmation out to you immediatley!
Cancellations are performed every Thursday, Friday , and Saturday
Q: I still have questions about memberships, who can I contact?
A: You can call us at (281) 298-5700 or send us an email to email@example.com. This email box goes directly to Fitness & Membership staff who are qualified to answer any questions you may have.
Q: Can I try out Legends for free without a commitment?
A: Yes! New guests can try out the facility before they commit to a membership. Stop by at any time and let the front desk know that you are new and want to try out the facility for free. Someone will be happy to show you around the facility and answer any questions you may have.
Q: Can I bring a friend to workout with me?
A: Yes you can. Anyone can come to our facility and workout or play. We charge a $15 guest fee per day. Refer that friend to be a member and receive a discount off of your membership!
Q: Can I sign up for a membership online?
A: Sign up for membership is currently only available in store. Email Membership@TheLegendsSportsComplex.com for any additional information or to set up a facility tour today!
Q: Do I get any special perks from being a Legends member?
A: YES! Not only do our members have full access to our facilty when not rented, but they also receive a 10% discount off of our countless programs and leagues. Our members also save the $24 sports programming fee that we charge our non-members to participate in programs around the facility.
I am Garrick Coffel, Owner of Fit Life Personal Training. I served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and have been involved with the fitness industry since 2002. My passion is to see all my clients attain their goals, no matter what that might be - weight loss, athletic development, healthier lifestyle, nutritional coaching or whatever you need. I have worked with athletes at all levels, Jr. High, High School, College and Pro. I assist clients in every season of life and am competent with a wide variety of medical conditions.
My educational background is in history but my passion for the human body has led me to work in the fitness industry, and I love what I do. Since beginning as a personal trainer in 2010, I have provided excellent care to many different groups, including weight loss clients, athletes, and physique building clientele. My experiences and relationships have led me to much growth and learning, and have made me a better person. I have always been active, playing sports at various levels, running and just enjoying life.
Brian D. Ladd
At the young age of 15 yrs. old, health and fitness became my passion. Driven by the popularity and curiosity of bodybuilding, brought to the world of Arnold Schwarzenegger and faced with my scrawny 150 lb. body; my journey of obsession to transform the human body using food as fuel and weight training to build strength and incur muscle growth!
As a kid, I was always very active and played sports my entire life. After seeing friends, family, and even myself become injured, I decided to move my focus of living healthy to training and learning about the body. I became a personal trainer so that I could begin to spread my knowledge of health and fitness to others.
I have 20 years’ experience in personal fitness training. I was certified through the Personal Fitness Instructor Training (PFIT). I have been trained in strength and conditioning, weight loss, mass and muscle building, and nutrition. I have extensive experience in training disabled or geriatric clients. I have trained clients who are wheelchair-bound, clients with arthritis, and stroke patients.
Walter Collins Jr.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I am dedicated to helping you find your way though the fitness world. I have over 27 years of experience in personal training. I graduated from The International Correspondence Schools of Fitness and Nutrition on January 11, 1986. I hold the following certifications: IDEA, ACE, AFAA, ASFA, IFA, NASM Foundation, and Bfit University.
I have an extensive background in the world of fitness. I use my knowledge, education and experience to improve people to the best of their abilities safely and efficiently. I also believe in utilizing all aspects of fitness to improve an individual based on their needs and desired outcomes. I have a B.S. in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) and I’m a certified Personal Trainer with the American Counsel of Exercise and the National Institute of Preventative Medicine.
Odis Antone Little
Father, Elite Fitness Trainer, Athlete...my personal training career began in 2005 when I earned my certification through Professional Fitness Instructor Training in Houston, Texas. Sports and fitness has been a lifelong pursuit of mine, where limitless passion for success in myself and others continues to flame with every new goal that comes in my path.
Ty successfully ran Nordic Athletic Performance in Colorado for 10 years, and was the Director of Athletic Performance for Bellin Sports Medicine in Green Bay, Wisconsin for 2 years. Ty helped several athletes prepare for NFL tryouts, and worked with several Green Bay Packers during his tenure there. Ty wrote the Accelerated Rehabilitation Protocols for Dr. Patrick McKenzie (Team Physician for the Packers). He was the Head Strength Coach for the Green Bay Blizzard (AFL2), and oversaw the Strength and Conditioning programs for UWGB, and 23 area High Schools.
The past 6 years he was the Head Strength Coach for Bartlesville High School in Oklahoma, and also trained the volleyball team at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. During that time, he also worked with Markell Carter (New England Patriots), and Jarrett ``The Legacy`` Rouse (professional fighter).
Ty has worked with NFL, WNBA, Division 1, 2 and NAIA athletes, as well as collaborating with dozens of NFL and Division 1 Strength Coaches. He is a published author, and has presented st conferences and symposiums around the country.
