Athletic Performance Training
Success in athletics is dependent on many factors. Speed, strength, agility, quickness, and power, are common in the majority of sports. Coaches don’t sit athletes on the bench because they are “too strong”, “too quick”, or “too fast”. Improvements in these qualities will ALWAYS lead to greater success.
The Legends Athletic Development program will enable athletes at EVERY level to achieve greater success in their chosen sport or activity. Our coaches have produced results at every level of sport, including NFL, NBA, MLB and professional fighters. However, the greatest impact coaches can have, is on the developing athlete. Starting in youth, and continuing to focus on increased athleticism, will produce the results that will enable athletes to reach their full athletic potential. Training hard, and training consistently will have a tremendous impact on success. However, training SMART is of even greater importance. Developing athletic ability is a long term commitment.
Legends will design a program for the individual athlete, and implement it in a small group setting. This allows the athlete to realize the success of having a personal strength and conditioning coach, with the cost effectiveness of small group training. This is NOT the cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all mentality of other performance centers. We focus on individual success, based on individual goals.
Athletes will go through regular assessments, to gauge progress, and allow the coaches to manipulate program variables to keep improvements coming. Athletes progress at different speeds, and in different areas, but improvement should be a constant throughout their athletic career.
